Please note for the wellbeing of all of our animal ambassadors, if an animal is not in the mood to do an experience we will not force them and we will be able to offer another opporunity.
Please be aware that the well-being of our animal ambassadors is our top priority. If an animal does not seem inclined to participate in an experience, we will not compel them to do so. Instead, we will gladly provide an alternative opportunity. We appreciate your understanding.
