Yes, please book your time-slot for General Admission online because we limit the amount of guests that we have at the zoo. Once we are sold-out for an hour online, we cannot guarantee entry for walkups.

Is interacting hands-on with reptiles included in General Admission ticket price?

Yes, we have a variety of reptiles that you are able to interact with and it is included in the price.

How can I enhance my General Admission or private event/tour experience to make it truly magical?

Enhance your experience with exciting add-ons available at an additional cost. Enjoy reptile feedings, souvenir photo, a relaxing fish spa, unforgettable encounters with Drogo our Two-toed sloth, or Brillo our Armadillo.

For General Admission, simply visit our gift shop to purchase these options. For private events, you can easily add them during the booking process over the phone. Make your visit even more extraordinary with these special additions!
